MBFWA THURSDAY

The week that was Mercedes Benz Fashion Week has come to an end, and what a week it was.
A plethora of fantastic fashion and fashionable humans galavanting around and sharing the love through social media.
I have to say the last day was an absolute stand out, starting the day with the most glamorous and beautiful show of the week, Alice Mccall .

The colours, prints and outstanding designs of each and every piece had the crowd wowed, along with the beautiful design of the runway. As the beautifully cast models finished the show, snow started falling and 'rainbow connection' started playing... It was so stunning and it felt so magical, a perfect show.

My second show was Ae'lkemi, which showcased a beautiful range of floor length gowns, sequins and an edge which made the range very editorial. Lots of sheer materials accompanied with antique style and romantic earrings . I loved this range and can definitely see several of these numbers being displayed through upcoming issues of high end magazines . Just Beautiful.

Finishing off the day with the Ixiah show was well worth the wait.  With a tribal theme crossed with a modern twist, this range is for the fashion savvy, someone willing to break the fashion rules and stand out. A lot of white came through in the collection but with a bold fluorescent detailing and some gold tones, making the range feminine, clean and edgy.  LOVE!
