MBFWA - MONDAY

The dreary weather and on/off rain did not hold back any fashionistas or street style shooters today, and Carriageworks was in full swing with some of fashions best putting on their new collections for all to admire and of course, photograph / hashtag .

I attended 3 shows ; By Johnny, Bec & Bridge and Gail Sorronda which was an interesting 3 to watch consecutively, as each was so extremely different from the other.
It's so exciting to see how incredibly talented and versatile our Aussie designers are!

With the upcoming collections being showcased, there was plenty of variety when it came to the material choices used, and the collections had a lot of variety within each. Pastels, neutrals, plaid, sequins, tule, and a lot of transparent ( see-through) materials , which I am a huge fan of were evident and I'm sure will be a major trend through Autumn

Below are some snaps from the day down at Carriageworks, and make sure to look out on my Instagram @caseyaburgess
and also @sheselectricofficial
as I am shooting street style and all the buzz from the week at
