One of the favourite haunts in Paddington to watch the rugby and down a schooner has had a complete renovation and it's looking more schmick that ever. Lucky enough to be invited along to experience a degustation dinner last week, I was able to taste, drink and see all that The Bellevue has to offer with it's 2 million dollar overhaul and classy new menu with all the trimmings.
Starting with classic cocktails and champagne, we then had entree's and mains with matching wines. We then topped the night off with the most incredible dessert/ dessert wine, and practically rolled home feeling incredible full in all the right ways.
I have to give this restaurant two massive thumbs up. Perfect for a night out with friends, or a cosy date, the modern european dishes on the menu is enough to wow and surprise you and leave you wanting more.

I would highly recommend The Bellevue in Paddington for lunch or dinner and the stunning fit out makes it feel comfortable and relaxed but with a little more class than your regular pub.
The food on the menu is 10/10 and I am very excited to head back, also purely because of the friendly staff who were very welcoming and hospitable.
